According to the Council, the exercise formed part of its commitment to upholding professionalism and accountability in the education sector, with the understanding that the quality of education is critical to the future of the community.

Speaking during the exercise, the Head of Local Government Administration (H.O.L.G.A), Dr. Mrs. Obal Esang, highlighted its significance. She said:

A dedicated team was put in place to oversee the process, ensuring that it was conducted efficiently and with minimal disruption to school activities.
