As Nigerians across the country mark the nation’s 64th Independence Day, Pastor Patrick Asikpo Okon, the All Progressives Congress (APC) State Secretary for Cross River State, has extended heartfelt commendation to His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, and his deputy, His Excellency, Peter Odey, for their exemplary leadership since assuming office. In his Independence Day message, Pastor Asikpo praised their administration’s unwavering commitment to uplifting the people of Cross River.
He noted that the governor’s recent signing of the State Electoral Act demonstrated a responsive government that listens to the pulse of its citizens.
