The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) in Cross River State has extended its gratitude to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for installing solar-powered lighting on its premises. This gesture of appreciation was formalized through a letter dated May 23, 2024, directed to Hon. (Chief) Orok Duke, the NDDC State Representative for Cross River State.

Penned by PC Ogbodo, the Comptroller of Immigration Service, the letter lauds NDDC’s efforts in bolstering the security and operational visibility at the NIS command with renewable energy sources.
