The Cross River State Representative on the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board, Rt. Hon. Orok Duke, PhD, attended the traditional marriage ceremony of the daughter of former Cross River State Governor Donald Duke on Thursday at his residence in Calabar.
