Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke felicitates With Governor Otu on his 65th birthday

The former Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, and the current State Representative of Cross River State to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 65th birthday. In a goodwill message, he lauded the Governor’s unwavering commitment to the development and prosperity of the state, describing him as a visionary leader whose dedication continues to inspire hope and unity among the people.

Duke highlighted that Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu’s leadership style has been marked by inclusiveness, transparency, and a passion for delivering on promises. He noted that since taking office, Governor Otu has worked tirelessly to advance the state’s economy, improve infrastructure, and promote social welfare, making Cross River a model for good governance in the region.

Your leadership continues to unite and uplift Cross Riverians, providing a beacon of hope for a brighter future,” Duke remarked in his message. He emphasized that the Governor’s hands-on approach and understanding of local challenges have endeared him to the people.

The former Deputy Speaker further acknowledged the Governor’s contributions to the political landscape, noting that his years of service, both in and out of office, have been marked by integrity, empathy, and a clear vision for growth. “Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu has always been a leader who listens and acts. His governance style reflects a deep understanding of our community’s needs and aspirations,” he added.

As Cross River State continues to navigate through various socio-economic challenges, Duke expressed confidence in Governor Otu’s ability to steer the state toward greater achievements. He urged citizens to support the administration’s efforts in building a prosperous and peaceful state for all.

In his closing remarks, Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke wished the Governor continued success, good health, and abundant wisdom as he leads the state. “Happy 65th Birthday, Your Excellency.
